User Research
Based on the information I gathered from Brainstorming Session, Interviews and research, I was able to identify and understand the user needs which allowed me to construct Personas and Sitemap for the application.
Both Personas and Sitemap helped me construct a paper wireframe where each wireframe represents an idea and from each wireframe I took those feature or idea which I think will make the application more Usable, Equitable, Enjoyable and Useful.
Paper Wireframe
Four rough sketches of the wireframe was created and each one is different from one another and represents an idea I got from my previous brainstorming sessions.
Low Fidelity Wireframe
This is the digital/low fidelity wireframe I got by combining all the features or component I got while creating the paper wireframes which would make the application easy to use.
After creating the Low Fidelity Prototype I conducted a Unmoderated Usability Test to get more feedback from user which will allow me to make all the necessary adjustments which will further enhance the overall user experience of the app. A Competitive Audit was also done where I gathered and compared the pros and cons of all the other competitors in the market offering similar service. Through this Audit I was able to gain more information about my competitors and the market.
Based on the information I got from the Usability Test and Competitive Audit I made some minor changes to the overall design and proceed to High Fidelity Prototype before sending it to the Engineering team.
Next step would be to conduct more Research and Usability Test to get more information and use those information to stay ahead of the competitors by making changes in the form of updates.
