Custom Design
Custom Design is an app which will allow its user to design their T-Shirts and Sell their Designs as well.
Custom Design is an online custom T-shirt design store available in all region, across the globe which will allow its user to find, create and upload their own unique design for their T-Shirt, Hoodies, Jersey and more. Based on the information I gathered from interviews and research I was able to identify and understand the user needs which allowed me to construct Personas and a Sitemap. Through Sitemap and Personas I came up with several iterations of the website and through feedbacks I was able to redesign the website making it more usable and enjoyable.

Four wireframes were made and from each wireframe I selected one or two features which were later included in the final design. Usability Study played a role during my design sprint as it allowed me to remove unnecessary features which was making the app difficult to navigate.

A mobile version of the application was also created and while doing so I was able to maintain consistency in the overall design of the application so that user has no issue or difficulty while navigating through the app.
Due to the small screen size some of the options had to be placed separately like the Home, Profile, Notifications and Cart Button.
The Low Fidelity Prototype was created and tested with user on both platforms and based on the results changes were made before moving on to the High Fidelity Prototype.
After completing all the wireframes, I created the low fidelity prototype which allowed users to create designs of their own in their desired shirt style like T-shirt, Hoodie, Jersey and so on and make the purchase once they are satisfied with their design choices.
(Note: Not all options were functional at this stage of the design sprint. Only the core functions were available.)
After conducting the Usability Testing on the Low Fidelity Prototype, it was time to convert it into a High Fidelity Prototype but before that, minor changes needed to be made on the purchase process of the application based on the feedback I got from the users.
Most users had issue with the purchasing page of the application. They said that they were not sure whether the purchase was made or not so an extra confirmation page was added.
Other than that, no changes were made to the design. High Fidelity Prototype were made for both Mobile Version and the PC version the application.
Next step would be to conduct more Research and Usability Test to get more information and use those information to stay ahead of the competitors by making changes in the form of updates.
